The father of a child with cerebral palsy, Attorney Andy Feinstein has a personal stake in special education law. He understands the impact his clients' cases will have on their families, which is why he's deeply committed to helping them seek favorable results. Andy graduated from the New York University School of Law in 1975. In addition to owning Feinstein Education Law Group, LLC, he also serves on a variety of special education organizations and works as an adjunct professor of special education law at Central Connecticut State University. Andy is prepared to guide you through a variety of special education matters, including in-school services and program eligibility.

Attorney Jillian Griswold has dedicated her career to defending the rights of children with disabilities. Prior to joining Feinstein Education Law Group, LLC in 2015, she spent eight years representing low-income children and their families in education law matters at Connecticut Legal Services. Jillian earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2007. Like Andy, she is a member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, Inc. Her career has allowed her to testify in front of Connecticut legislators on issues that impact children with disabilities in school.
