I represent children with disabilities and their parents. My principal mission is to secure appropriate educational programs and placement for children with disabilities. To accomplish this, I work with parents to convince or, if necessary, force school districts to do right by their students. If the district refuses to do so, I bring due process actions to compel them to provide a free appropriate public education. Occasionally, my representation includes suing for damages as the result of personal injuries, representing children in juvenile court, and working with families to obtain services and support from State agencies. I have been successfully focusing in this legal mission for more than ten years.
